Ran into some old friends today. Actually, they ran into us. These unexpected encounters are a lot of fun. It's been over a year since we saw each other. The last time we met was at our other college firend's wedding. Back then, we were just informed about their pregnancy. Time really flies. Their daughter is now 9 months old.
Another friend once told me. Your college friends will be your friends for life. Unfortunately, I do not spend nearly as much time keeping in contact with them. However, there is some truth to that statement. Everytime I run into these college friends, though so much has changed in both of our lives, it still feels like yesterday when we were just goofing off at UCI... the good'o-days. | |

As we refused to have the contractors finish the job, they deducted some money from the originally agreed amount. We now have to finish the projects.
It's not going to be quick. However, it's just a great feeling to be able to kick-back on the sofa again.  |
