| Why Am I Still Up At This Wii Hour?

Along with possibly thousands of people that voted on Amazon for the $79 Wii, I am one of many that could not wait to find out whether or not I won.
Sadly to say, I didn't. I have to say. It was an interesting experience. From about 1 hour before midnight, 11/12/2007 Pacific Standard Time, a bunch of people gatherd in front of their computers. With their(our) browsers anchored on Amazon, they(we) have their(our) fingers pulsing on the F5 button every few seconds. It was definitely fun reading people's comments in the customer discussion threads.
I thought most people on there would be eBayers. To my surprise, there is still a huge population out there that is Wii-less! Having owned one since January, and have purchased several since for various people, I was surprised. Nevertheless, I, like all the Wii-less shoppers, are still up in these Wii hours of the night...

As we refused to have the contractors finish the job, they deducted some money from the originally agreed amount. We now have to finish the projects.
It's not going to be quick. However, it's just a great feeling to be able to kick-back on the sofa again.  |
